Walsall swimmers of all ages competed in seven Level X meets over the summer which enabled them to enter their results in the Staffordshire Counties V Swim competition. All clubs in Staffordshire had until 31st August 2021 to enter their results from Level X into the V Swim database and the results of the competition are now available on their website.
Walsall won an incredible 65 top 3 finishes with 28 golds, 24 silvers and 13 bronzes.
Special mentions go to Amelie Gunther who won 13 gold medals, Layla Garbett who achieved 12 top 3 finishes with 7 of them gold, Tiffany Latham who won 14 top 3 finishes with 6 of them gold, Oliver Perry who gained 5 top 3 finishes with 1 of them gold, Toby Smith won a gold and a silver, and Constance Holmes - Jude who achieved 7 top 3 finishes.
Congratulations to all swimmers who competed in the Level X and V Swim events. There were loads of PBs and great times from everyone who swam. All swimmers who took part will receive a limited edition badge from the Staffordshire County Swimming Association. Big thank you to all coaches, parents and helpers that enabled the club to put on the seven Level X events.
