Courtney takes Masters Gold In Sheffield

Walsall SC coach and masters swimmer, Courtney Poxon has won Gold in the 400 IM in the National Masters Swimming Championships in Sheffield this weekend.

She was competing in the 18/24 age group and also came 4th in the 200m Free and 200m IM.

She also placed 7th in the 50m Breast.
