Walsall Coach and Masters Swimmer, Courtney Poxon travelled to Plymouth this weekend for the British Masters Championships 2018.
She qualified for 5 events of which she pb”d on 3 of her long course times and came away with a silver medal in the 200m freestyle against some tough competition from British, European and World Champion Masters swimmers.
